By visiting TrackerSino(the “Service”) you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the Service. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above changes when we do, and continued use after that date counts as acceptance of the new version.

TrackerSino is an independent informational tracker for live casino games. We surface aggregate statistics (segment frequency, multipliers, RTP, history) for the games we cover, provide a play-money demo for educational use, and deliver custom Telegram alerts based on observed statistics.

TrackerSino is not a gambling operator. We do not offer real-money gambling services. We do not accept deposits, hold balances, or process payouts. The play-money simulator runs locally in your browser and never connects to a real-money operator.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over. By using the Service you represent that you are 18+. Some of the third-party games we track may be illegal in your jurisdiction; you are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

The games tracked here are RNG (random number generator) outcomes. Past results have zero predictive value on future rounds. TrackerSinodoes not predict outcomes, does not sell signals, and does not guarantee any statistic shown on the Service is current, complete, or correct. Information is provided “as is” for transparency only. Anything resembling betting advice in our copy is a factual description of trigger semantics, not a recommendation.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish our data at scale without written permission. Casual personal API access is fine; running a bulk pipeline against our endpoints is not.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Service’s availability for other users.
• Use the Service to build a competing product that substantially copies our content, structure, or branding.
• Use the Telegram alerts feature to spam, harass, or send content unrelated to the trigger that fired.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our HMAC signing keys.

The Service’s code, branding, layout and original written copy are owned by the operators of TrackerSino. Game names (Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, etc.) belong to their respective owners; we mention them under nominative fair use because the Service describes those games. Round data shown on the Service comes from publicly visible feeds and is reported as factual information.

The Telegram alerts feature requires you to message @TrackerSinoBot with /start. Doing so creates a Telegram conversation between you and the bot. Telegram’s own Terms apply to that conversation. We do not control Telegram and are not responsible for Telegram’s availability, retention, or third-party access to your messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: TrackerSino and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including (but not limited to) decisions you make on third-party gambling sites informed by data shown here. Statistics are descriptive, not advisory.

If a court finds liability cannot be entirely excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to €100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — whichever is higher. (You haven’t paid us anything; the Service is free.)

The Service links to third parties (Telegram, BeGambleAware, GamCare, NCPG, official game pages). We don’t control their content and aren’t responsible for it. Affiliate links: we don’t use them. If that ever changes the Methodology page will say so explicitly, with examples, before we publish a single one.

We may suspend or block access to the Service from any IP, chat, or signed token at our discretion — typically only in response to abuse, scraping, or security incidents. There’s no account to terminate; revoking your token simply removes access until you message the bot for a new one.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, where the operator of the Service is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought before the competent court of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence continue to apply where local law makes them non-derogable.

We may revise these Terms when the Service changes materially — new features, new third-party integrations, new legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Substantive changes will be summarised at the top of this page for at least 30 days after publication.
